NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-001430 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE ALESSANDRO A/K/A CHRISTINE RENE ALESSANDRO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF AMERICA; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
