Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 17, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-1586 CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM T. BAGWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM T. BAGWELL; USA FENCE A/K/A USA FENCE COMPANY; TALA LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAGLE LAKES ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the day of February 21, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C-56, TALA LAKE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 928, PAGES 1324 THROUGH 1408, INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 38A THROUGH 38H , INCLUSIVE , AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
