DUCKWORTH, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1018, PALM COVE OF BRADENTON, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2125, PAGE 6909, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEROF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 35, PAGES 86 THROUGH 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 13th day of February, 2013 Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
