NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-006205 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE1.(Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and MANUEL J. SUAZO A/K/A MANUEL J. SUAZO, SR.; VANESSA SUAZO; RIVER LANDINGS BLUFF OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
