Jane Doe n/k/a Marie Stephenson, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, HAWTHORN PARK, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 38, 39 AND 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
