Wagner a/k/a Kent Wagner, Lori A. Wagner, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 7th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
