NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 5th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009896 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and LOTTIE M. WHIGHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A THOMAS M. WHIGHAM; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, TOWN AND COUNTRY ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
