NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, on the 3rd day of February, 2011, in the cause wherein The Bank of Commerce, Plaintiff, and William D. Griffin and Carla T. Griffin, Defendants, being case number 09CA11006NC, in said Court, I, Thomas M. Knight, as Sheriff of Sarasota County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the Defendants, William D. Griffin and Carla T. Griffin, in and to the following described real properties, to-wit:
That part of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block B, WHITE BEACH FRUIT CO. SUB. Recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 50, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida (also recorded in Plat Book A, Page 11, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida), lying within the following described boundary; Begin at the Northeasterly corner of the aforesaid Lot 12; thence Southwesterly along the Southerly right-of-way line of Point of Rocks Road (40 feet wide) and along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 301.56 feet, the following chord bearings and distances; South 69Ëš44'00” West, 23.06 feet; South 69Ëš44'00” West, 16.59 feet; South 76Ëš32'30” West, 39.80 feet; and South 83Ëš49'30” West, 40.15 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line, South 13Ëš00'23” West, 143.09 feet; thence South 81Ëš00'24” East, 118.16 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 12, thence North 9Ëš35'28” East along said lot line, 187.83 feet to the Point of Beginning. From the common corner on the White Beach Road of Lot 12, Block A, and Lot 1, Block B, of the White Beach Fruit Company's Subdivision of part of U.S. Lot 5, Section 19, Township 37 South, Range 18 East (see Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, Plat Book 2, Page 50) (also see Plat Book “A,” Page 11 of Sarasota County Public Records), run Northeasterly on the line between said lots produced 240 feet to an iron pipe; thence angle of 90°00' to the right, 165 feet to an iron pipe which is the POB; thence angle of 90° to the left, 50 feet to an iron pipe; thence angle of 90° to the right,140 feet to an iron pipe; thence angle to the right of 90°00', 50 feet to a concrete monument; thence Westerly along the Northeasterly side of the White Beach Road on a curve to the right of 262.9' radius, and having a chord length of 222.9 feet to an iron pipe; thence Northeasterly 173.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.

I shall offer these properties for sale at 2071 Ringling Blvd Sarasota, FL 34237, County of Sarasota, Florida, on February 19, 2013, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendants', William D. Griffin and Carla T. Griffin, right, title, and interest in the aforesaid real properties, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to taxes, all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The moneys received through the levy on sale will be paid as prescribed by F.S.S. 56.27 and in accordance with the American Disabilities Act, persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this proceeding shall contact the individual or agency sending notice not later than seven days prior to the proceeding at the address given on notice.
