Lots 7 and 8, Block A, New Harlem Subdivision, as per plat hereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 54, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with the Northerly 10 feet of vacated alley adjacent to Lots 7 and 8, Block A, New Harlem Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 54, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block A of New Harlem Subdivision, as per plat hereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 54, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, along with a portion of a 20 feet vacated alley lying south of and adjacent to subject property, as described in Official Records Book 1889, Page 2075, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE A RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT FILED IN THIS CASE by
Upon your failure to file a response to the complaint filed in this case by 2/18/2013, and serve same upon David Finkelstein, 7114 Bluebell Ct., Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
