NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 8, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001481-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MILTIADIS CHATZIPOULIOS; JAMIE CHATZIPOULIOS; TENANT #1, TENANT #2 N/K/A KURT HOPFNER, TENANT #3 N/K/A MYNOR RUANO, and TENANT #4 N/K/A BRIAN RUANO are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 5th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
