Amended Final Judgment was filed on December 5, 2012 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-005904, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-AM2 is the Plaintiff, and, CHARLES E. COLMERY; LU ANNE COLMERY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on February 4, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 15, UNIT 2, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
