NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007863 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. MARINO; LUCY S. MARINO; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; NEW GATE SCHOOL A/K/A NEW GATE SCHOOL, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter on February 20, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, AQUALANE ESTATES, SECOND UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 79, INCLUSINVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
