Zigler, Bella Terra of Southwest Florida, Inc., Key Bank, National Association, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as noinee for SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Single Family Homeowners Association at Bella Terra, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
