NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs filed January 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-052271 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Dave G. Indarjit; Devi Indarjit Sewnath; Citibank, NA FKA Citibank Federal Savings Bank; Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Ian Tiller are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on April 4, 2013, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 118, UNIT 12, SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
