NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 21, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015376-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and FREDERIC DEEN FOX A/K/A FREDERIC FOX; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; CENTER GATE MAINTENANCE AND PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION , INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
