HOLDEN, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 17 & 18, BLOCK B, MCGREGOR HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 8 day of February, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
