BAYON; and EVELYN BAYON; and JOHN DOE; and JANE DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 20 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND 26, BLOCK 2860, UNIT 41, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 2 TO 14, INCLUSIVE OF TH PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
