NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CC-005323 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 11 day of March, 2013 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 10-202, LIGHTHOUSE BAY TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 3237, Page 2088, as may be amended from time to time, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
