NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012899 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Paul Solari, Branch Banking and Trust Company, successor in interest to Sarasota Bank, Christopher J. Coffin, James Heyward, McNeill Automotive, Inc., Tenant # 1 n/k/a John Doe, Tenant # 2 n/k/a Jane Doe, The Bradenton Herald, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Paul Solari, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
