MARJORY A. DIEHL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARJORY A. DIEHL, IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8 day of January, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-005317 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EGRET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MARJORY A. DIEHL is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 213, EGRET CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1551, Page 1528, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
