Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8 day of January, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CA-002191 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKEWOOD VILLAGE SECTION III RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER J. CARLIN and KATELYN M. GALINDO are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 89, LAKEWOOD VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 76, Page 63 thru 67, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
