NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-000243 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR15, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR15 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated May 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Ana Ramirez, Margarito Ramirez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Hector Agular, Tenant #2 n/k/a Patricia Belicquec, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 67, VOGELSANG'S BRASOTA MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
