BASSO N/K/A THERESA BASSO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE ENCLAVE AT PALMIRA VII CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 4 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 37, ENCLAVE AT PALMIRA VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005000146443 AND ANY AMENDMENTS HERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
