NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 13th day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000079 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. COCOMAZZI, HEWITT RELOCATION SERVICES, INC., INACTIVE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. COCOMAZZI IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 729, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
