NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 19th day of November, 2012, entered in Case No.: 12-CA-050642 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Florida Capital Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kamyar Mahboubi-Fardi; City of Cape Coral, a municipal corporation; and Bruce Tilley f/k/a John Doe #1, Tenant in Possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the full amount of the bid payable on the same day of sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online Foreclosure Sales, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on February 20, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., the following described real and personal property to wit:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 3522, Cape Coral, Unit 47, Part 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 112, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim 60 days after the sale.
