NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed January 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-017259 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A4, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT G. ROCKWELL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF LEE AND STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AS LOT 23 BLOCK A, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LAS PALMAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 32 PAGES 117 AND 118.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
