GINIVAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE C. GINIVAN N/K/A PETE GINIVAN N/K/A PETE GINIVAN; BEARDED OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A GEORGE CONSTANZA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
