NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 3 day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-24935, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1, ASSET BACKED-PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is the Plaintiff and JOHN F. TORRES, MICHELLE TORRES, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 8, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 91, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
