NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 13, 2010, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-021348 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK D/B/A COMMONWEALTH UNITEd MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and Mary Falconer; Unknown Spouse of Mary Falconer, (Refused Name); Jane Doe, N/K/A Rebecca Acosta-Jara; John Doe, N/K/A Lee Jara; Floridian Gulf Coast Homes Inc; and Lee County, Florida, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on February 6, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 32, UNIT 10, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
