DELORME, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 2 day of May, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 1, BLOCK 5968, UNIT 93, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 1 THROUGH 21 INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
