SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is Plaintiff and PAMELA CESLOK A/K/A AMELA CESLOK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMELA CESLOK A/K/A AMELA CESLOK N/K/A (NAME WITHHELD); DAVID STRICKLAND; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A GARY COLLINS; J & R MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. F/K/A FLORIDA HOUSINGING FINANCE CORPORATION, A PUBLIC CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; LEE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
