NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 014575 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3. is the Plaintiff and REBECCA L. LACHANCE, SUNTRUST BANK, ISSAC O. LACHANCE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1349, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
