LEGACY ASSET HOLDINGS, L.L.C., a Florida Limited Liability Company; THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSORS, GRANTEES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 10 day of January, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-004098 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SABAL PALM GARDENS, INC., is the Plaintiff and LEGACY ASSET HOLDINGS, LLC is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2013 the following property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 3, A/K/A UNIT 3, SABAL PALMS GARDENS, INC., a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 440, Page 711, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
