NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-052990 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and PATRICIA A. HELMS A/K/A PATRICIA K. HELMS; NEIL C. RINKER; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 A/K/A JASON RINKLER;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

FLORIDA, PROCEED NORTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID PARTIAL SECTION 1072 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE EAST 300 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 86 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE PARCEL TO BE CONVEYED; THENCE EAST ABOUT 138.2 FEET TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE WEST BOUNDARY OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF PINE ISLAND HIGHWAY (FLORIDA 767); THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SAID WEST BOUNDARY OF THE RIGHT OF WAY OF SAID FLORIDA 767, 74.49 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID PARTIAL SECTION ABOUT 156.8 FEET TO A POINT 300 FEET EAST OF THE WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID PARTIAL SECTION; THENCE NORTH 68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING FOR THE PARCEL TO BE CONVEYED, THE SOUTH 25 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED FOR A PUBLIC ACCESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND THE WEST 6 FEET THEREOF RESERVED FRO UTILITY ACCESS EASEMENT TOGETHER A 2003 JACOBSEN MOBILE HOME WITH VIN# JACFL24285A, JACFL24285AB AND TITLE#'S 87811972 AND 87812035
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
