NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-000704 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor in Interest by purchase from the FDIC, as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, Plaintiff and Steven Arnold Nix a/k/a Steven A. Nix and Kari Snodgrass Nix a/k/a Kari L. Snodgrass a/k/a Kari Snodgrass are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on February 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, FAIRFAX, PHASE ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 28 THROUGH 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
