YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for a determination of the heirs and/or beneficiaries of Mary Catherine Sharon pursuant to Florida Statute 733.105 and Fla. Prob. R.5.385, and for declaratory relief pursuant to Chapter 86, Florida Statutes, relating to a mobile home having the following vehicle identification numbers: PH0911794AFL and PH0911794BFL, located on real property in Manatee County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
A parcel of land in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 33 South, Range 21 East, Manatee County, Florida, being described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast Corner of said Northeast ¼; thence S 89Ëš29'33” W, along the North line of said Northeast ¼ a distance of 1784.17 feet; thence S 00Ëš15'50” E, 512.74 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue S 00Ëš15'50” E, 849.68 feet to a point on the northerly monumented right-of way line of Taylor Grade Road; thence N 57Ëš03'52” W, along said northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 268.11 feet; thence N 57Ëš49'29” W, along said northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 60.01 feet; thence N 00Ëš15'50” W, 749.26 feet; thence S 74Ëš19'05” E, 286 feet to the point of beginning.

Bauman, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before March 5, 2013 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
