NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed dated January 11, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-051452 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Esther R. Vargas; Unknown Spouse of Esther R. Vargas; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 4 UNIT 1 CARLTON PARK, SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
