Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Lee County, Florida, described as:
The Southerly 99.96 feet of the Easterly 158.5 feet of the Westerly 317. 00 feet of Lots 28 through 31 in Block L, of that certain subdivision known as BONITA BEACH FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 8, Page 70.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on February 11, 2013.
