NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 11 day of January, 2013 and entered in CASE NO.: 12-CC-004278, of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Meadows Edge Community Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Peter H. Jensen, Rita M. Jensen, and Discover Bank are the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order, to-wit:
