Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgement of foreclosure filed the 24th day of September, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059004 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff and LINDA A. HUNTER A/K/A LINDA A. KIMBLE, STEVEN KIMBLE, and PALMAS DEL SOL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 405, BUILDING 2, PALMAS DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3122, PAGE 3693, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3623, PAGE 2720, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
