NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CA-054050 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County,Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 11 day of February, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 12, Block 32, Unit 4, Section 14, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 63, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
