NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-053063 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GERONIMO MATOS, LEE COUNTY , AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A GERONIMO MATOS, SR., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 9, ADDITION TWO, SECTIONS 5 AND 6, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
