NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-051350 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEFFERY D. MYERS A/K/A JEFFREY D. MYERS, SANDRA M. MYERS, UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, GP, SUNCOAST SCHOOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 15 day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 45 AND 46, BLOCK 1995, CAPE CORAL UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101-111, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
