NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No 11-CA-53115 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where BARBOUR REAL ESTATE, LLC is the Plaintiff and FRANCISCA S. ESTEVEZ, and, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON FINANCIAL CORPORATION are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
A tract of land lying in Block 16, MORSE SHORES SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 84 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Charles Street (66 feet) and Georgia Street (66 feet) of said Morse Shores Subdivision, thence S 88 degrees 48'45” W along the centerline of said Charles Street for 433.0 feet; thence S 01 degrees 00'00” E for 33 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of said Charles Street and the Point of Beginning; thence continue S 01 degree 00'00” E for 128.00 feet; thence N 88 degrees 48'45” E for 91.14 feet to a point on a 4 foot high chain link fence; thence N 00 degrees 46'15” W along said chain link fence for 128.0 feet to the said southerly right-of-way of Charles Street; thence S 88 degrees 48'45” W along said southerly right-of-way for 91.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
