King and Tina King, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

TOGETHER WITH ALL WATER RIGHTS FROM LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 5, POINCIANA PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 49, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN WATER LINES THEREFROM, AS SET FORTH IN THAT CERTAIN CONVEYANCE, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 436, PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
