NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2012, and entered in 51-2011-CA-6290-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL S. FOSS; LINDSAY H. FOSS; OAK CREEK OF PASCO COUNTY HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 160, OF OAK CREEK PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGES 40 THROUGH 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
