NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-9101 WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and GONZALEZ, WILLIAM, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of FEBRUARY, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 407, HOLIDAY HILL ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 55 AND 56, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
