NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed January 11, 2013 and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-056793 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CW111 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and LEATHA JAMES; JEFFREY JAMES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
