NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-007006-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2005EFC6 was Plaintif, and DONALD PATTON, et al. the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 25th day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
