JOHNSON; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERIE L. JOHNSON N/K/A BIENVENIDO MEJIA; SUMMERLIN WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A KIRK CREIGHTON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CHARLEY RAGLAND are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11 day of February, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
